STATEMENT OF INCLUSION

This guides my mission, values, actions, and daily coaching practices. My goal, always, is to cultivate a physiologically safe, heart-led, and nurturing environment where each individual feels valued, supported, and encouraged to forge meaningful connections with themselves and others. I work to intentionally empower and actively advocate for historically marginalized groups.

My dedication to these core values shapes my practice and influences my language and deed. Additionally, it informs who I choose to recommend, amplify, collaborate with, and coach.

I celebrate, affirm, and embrace a wide spectrum of identities, including racial and cultural backgrounds, nationalities, sexual orientations, gender identities, religious beliefs, and more. My priority is upholding these values, and rejecting any expressions or actions that contradict my commitment to inclusivity. I am uncompromising in my dedication to this statement.
